Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Disaster Recovery 24/7 Specialists collects when you visit our website or reach out for service, and how that information is used. We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your loss when you submit a contact form or request an estimate. We also collect basic analytics data, such as pages visited and general browser information, to understand how visitors use the site and to keep it running smoothly.
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule inspections or estimates, prepare documentation for insurance claims, and follow up on work in progress. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information with insurance carriers, adjusters, or property management companies only when you have authorized us to coordinate with them on your behalf.
We retain contact and job-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to support ongoing work, warranty follow-up, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or archived securely. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you. Because we operate as a US-based contractor, the GDPR generally does not apply to our services, but we are glad to address privacy questions from any visitor. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question about this policy, contact us at [email protected] or (631) 831-1880.
Terms of Service
The information on this website is provided to help property owners understand our services and request an estimate. It does not constitute a binding service agreement. Estimates provided over the phone, by email, or during an initial walkthrough are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions and are not final until confirmed in a signed work authorization. The signed work-authorization form, not this website, governs the actual scope, pricing, and terms of any restoration or construction work performed.
Our service area is limited to the regions we actively serve from our Hicksville location; availability outside that area may be limited or require additional scheduling. Payment terms, including accepted methods and any deposit requirements, are outlined in the work-authorization form and invoice provided for each job. When a loss involves an insurance claim, we can document damage and communicate with your carrier on your behalf once you authorize us to do so, but the insurance relationship and claim decision remain between you and your insurer.
Our technicians hold IICRC certifications in water restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying, and work is performed in accordance with applicable New York State contracting requirements. Our liability for any project is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed authorization and applicable law. Disputes arising from completed work should first be raised directly with our office so we can review the job file and work toward resolution before any other step is pursued.
